The Process

From the first conversation to years of progress.

Here is exactly how it works. Six steps, no surprises, no sales pressure.

Step 01

The First Conversation

Ben reaches out, or you do. Either way, it starts with a real conversation by phone, by message, or in person. He asks questions. He listens. He is gathering everything he needs to understand what you are working toward and what is standing in the way.

By the end of this conversation, Ben already has a picture of what your initial programme needs to address.
Step 02

The Movement Assessment

Before any training begins, Ben runs you through a complete movement assessment at TNT Elite in Lancaster. He watches how you move. He notes your comfort levels, any pain, any compensations. He records your movement patterns and creates a flow of exercises for you to use as a warm-up or daily movement practice, and sends it to you, whether you continue with Forge or not.

You leave the assessment with something tangible, regardless of what comes next. That's the Forge standard.
Step 03

Your Programme

Ben designs your programme. Not from a template, from everything he learned about you in the assessment and conversation. Mobility. Strength. Cardiovascular conditioning. The right exercises, in the right sequence, at the right intensity for where you are now.

The programme is built in 4–6 week cycles with weekly progression built in. You will always be moving forward.
Step 04

In-Session Coaching

Sessions are face-to-face, at TNT Elite, Lancaster. Ben coaches you through your programme, watching your form, adjusting load, noting what works and what needs to change. You are never guessing. He is always present.

Whether 1:2:1 or Semi-Private PT, the coaching quality is the same. Individual attention. Expert eyes. Real-time feedback.
Step 05

Weekly Progression

Every week, Ben reviews your programme and your performance. Progressions are made. Adjustments happen. Nothing stays static because you are not static; your body responds, adapts, and becomes capable of more.

"I am happy but not satisfied." Ben's phrase for every achievement. He celebrates it. Then he shows you what's next.
Step 06

Long-Term Conditioning

Ben's clients average over five years with him. Not because they are locked in, but because they keep improving. The goal is not a 12-week transformation. It is a body that serves you for life: at 50, at 60, at 70.

"Conditioned for Life" is not a slogan. It is the actual outcome.
