Full one-to-one personal training with Ben. No shared attention, just a complete session designed around your specific goals, your current ability, and everything Ben has learned about how you move and respond to training.

1:2:1 is the right choice if you have a complex injury history, a specific performance goal, or simply prefer to work in complete privacy. It is also ideal if you are new to training and want to learn the foundations properly, not just get told what to do.

Not everyone can train with Ben in person every week. For those who need flexibility, Ben designs a complete, individual training programme, based on a full movement assessment, a detailed conversation about your goals, and his eleven years of programming experience.

The programme is not a template with your name on it. It is built from scratch around what you can do, what you need to work on, and what fits your life. It comes with exercise demonstrations, weekly progression built in, and Ben available for check-ins.
